Director
Gareth is a TV director/cameraman and photographer with 26 years industry experience. His credits include programmes for Discovery, Animal Planet, BBC World, Channel 4, UKTV, ITN, Sky and CNBC. He's worked on location in 51 countries, and counting. Gareth co-founded Change The Picture in 2010. He's since produced HD tours of more than twenty 5 star hotels in 5 countries, including the world famous Burj Al Arab.

Hugh started his career as an Editor for Broadcast Television. He was soon seduced by the images of far flung lands and trained as a TV Cameraman. He has spent the last 20 years travelling the world filming in all sorts of socially and climatically demanding environments. His Director of Photography credits have included National Geographic, Discovery, BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, Sky to name but a few.

Russ is our man in the Westcountry and is based near Bath. His background is in audio-visual and lighting with a long career in specialist electrical contract work. Russ brings an eye for detail with a creative and professional approach to the business. A skilled all rounder with commitment to making image work.

Born in Melbourne Australia, Costa studied at the Photography Studies College in Melbourne and was commissioned by a number of newspapers and magazines within his first year of study. Based in UK since 1999, Costa has developed a diverse portfolio from over 100 countries. His work has supported a number of major charitable organisations, helping raise awareness and support to some of the world’s most vulnerable regions. His photographs have been exhibited around the world.

Rory is a film-maker and photographer with in-depth experience spanning twenty years working on numerous international broadcast TV documentary assignments, as well as drama, music videos and animation. Rory has a strong vision to which he is absolutely dedicated. He constantly looks to new technology for fresh ideas and approaches a brief from every possible angle to ensure that he produces something the client will enjoy. Rory has worked successfully with both children and animals.

Ralph Stewart comes from a film and television background, having trained and worked as a camera operator and editor in South Africa before moving to London. Five years ago he set up a small production studio specialising in a wide range of projects, from corporate documentaries and events coverage to music videos and films. As a filmmaker Ralph gained a keen interest in lenses, lighting and creative photographic techniques, which, together with his fascination for documenting the present, led to a serious interest in panoramic photography.

In 2013 she decided to take a more professional approach and has photographed a range of topics from events to products; portraits to landscapes. Often seen walking around London with her sidekick Zorro the wonder dog, a gorgeous friendly black and white Jackapoo.

Richard is a location photographer whose clients include British Airways, The National Trust, One Historic Garden (Wales), Chelsea College of Art and Channel 4 TV. Richard has been a photographer for over 30 years working in all media including travel, TV, advertising and print, but specialising in architecture and people. Richard has undertaken commissions throughout the UK, Europe and Africa.

A specialist Photographer, Designer and Illustrator. Elliotts education consisted of Art and Design studies which progressed to a Degree in Animation. Since graduating, Elliott has 4 and a half years experience as the in-house designer at the UK's largest independent provider of volunteers abroad. A role in which he conducted photo and video shoots of models on location in Morocco as well as studio based. Elliott now operates as a freelance design agent and photographer.

Ingrid started her career in the BBC photography department based at Television Centre then turned to the moving image world of TV & film. She's worked as a Director of Photography and Lighting Cameraman for over 20 years on flagship programmes such as Casualty. Ingrid has travelled extensively and met people from all walks of life and cultures. Her credits vary from documentaries including; C4 Equinox, Dispatches and Travelogues, to dramas including Hackers (SFX) and Kavanagh QC. Ingrid is now enjoying the 360° experience and is excited about it’s potential.

Starting in New Zealand Television in the 1970’s, Tim has over 38 years of TV industry experience filming award winning documentary series , drama & science productions for TVNZ, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and independent production companies. His work has taken him all over the world from the Arctic to the Antarctic , Bhutan to the Bahamas. As a cinematographer Tim has had a lifelong passion for film and capturing images from all aspects of life and culture. He feels years of working with natural light in the documentary genre is a great asset for a cinematographer. The art of 360° photography is a process Tim finds an exciting concept to be involved with.
